Description |
Contactor cable terminations are hot, possibly due to sub-standard electrical contact and/or loading. |
|
Recommendation |
Inspect cable terminations for looseness, contaminant, corrosion, etc. Replace contactor as required. Re-terminate cables ensuring good electrical contact.Record actual and nominal load currents. If the load is excessive, investigate/remedy the cause. Upgrade cable as necessary. |
|
Priority |
This is a Priority 1 anomaly; it is recommended that remedial action should be taken urgently. |
