Spot 2 |
102.3°C |
Overload to Contactor Interface |
|
Description |
The contactor supply cables are hot, possibly due to the current loading of the fan motor and/or poor electrical contact at the: 1. Cable terminations and/or 2. Overload to contactor interface |
|
Recommendation |
Record actual and nominal load currents. If the load is excessive, investigate/remedy the cause. Upgrade cables, contactor and overload as necessary. Inspect cable terminations and Overload interface for looseness, contaminant, corrosion, etc. Re-terminate/replace components as necessary ensuring good electrical contact. |
|
Priority |
This is a Priority 1 anomaly; it is recommended that remedial action should be taken urgently. |
