Blue Phase fuse carrier is warm possibly due to sub-standard contact between fuse and fuse carrier interface.

Recommendation Given

Inspect fuse carrier/holder sprung contacts. Clean, repair or replace as necessary.

This is the main fuse to the building, failure would result in considerable production downtime. Due to the temperatures recorded, remedial work should be scheduled for the earliest opportunity.
