Express Thermal Imaging

The Level 1 package is by far our most popular. High resolution thermal images are captured of your property and included within a printed and bound colour report. The images can be used to give you an excellent understanding of the building energy efficiency providing a good starting point for a targeted approach to implementing any improvements.

Survey and Analysis Report

The Level 2 package includes both a survey and full report carried out in accordance to BS EN 13187. The survey and report provides a qualitative overview of each elevation of the property, providing an excellent understanding of the overall energy efficiency performance and continuity of insulation. Prices are based on size of your property. For a quotation please provide details inlcuding approximate total floor area and type of property (e.g. semi detatched, terraced, detatched).

Full Internal and External Survey

The Level 3 package extends the Level 2  Survey to include an internal assessment of the property and will provide a full overview of the building envelope performance. The internal survey locates the type of anomaly that are only identifiable by undertaking the survey from inside the property (i.e. missing loft insulation, air infiltration, flooring defects etc). The inspection also identifies the areas at risk of mould growth and condensation which will enable a prioritised and target approach to any remedial works required.
